We also offer our Document Preparation Service by telephone or by regular mail. Instead of completing on on-line questionnaire, you call our 800 telephone number and talked to one of Legal Information Specialists. Our team members will ask you a series of questions on the telephone, and input your answers into our document automation technology software which creates your legal documents or forms. We cannot modify our standard forms, but our intelligent forms technology will create a document that is responsive to the information that you provide.

We offer document preparation by telephone for the following documents only:

We will send you at no charge to you a copy of our Questionnaire in paper format by regular mail, so you can use our Questionnaire to organize your answers and information before you make your call. Alternatively, you can simply complete our Questionnaire in pen and ink and mail to our Document Processing Center. From the information provided in this Questionnaire we will prepare your legal document or form.

After completion we will send you your completed documents, after further review by our legal information team, by email and by regular mail at no extra charge for your review and execution.

Payment is required by credit card, check or money order before your telephone call begins or before we begin work on your legal documents from your completed questionnaire.  We can take your credit card information over the telephone, or you can send a check or money order to us when you return your questionnaire.

Refund Policy: 

You may request a 100% refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee, after you submit your Questionnaire, but before we deliver back to you, your documents. After we deliver your documents back to you there is no refund, unless your documents are rejected by a court.

We cannot control the outcome of your case. If you divorce or action becomes contested for any reason, the pleadings we prepare for you will not work. We will not grant you a refund under these circumstances.

There will be no refunds after six months from ordering date if no questionnaire is submitted.

If at any time the documents are rejected by a court we will give you a 100% refund.
